Could Gastric Cause Problem In Breathing?

hello, doctor, l am lsmail from malaysia, l hving problem with gastric where l cant breave easy. l have taken omesec tablets for 2 days and feel like my gastric become down, l also checked at the hospital that l find my heart n lag is ok....it is l cant breave easy coz of gastric or just normal gasses from stamoch?
