Could Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Be The Cause For Dizziness?
ecg results shows suspected left ventr.hypertrophy incomplete right bundle branch block occassional premature ventricular complexes left axis deviation no R/S inversion up to V6 abnormal ECG. i have been feeling dizzy and few times of blacked-out. what further tests and or treatment is necessary.
Left axis deviation indicates underlying cause in left ventricle as shown on EKG and may be the reason for dizzy episodes.Avoid strenuous activity and electrolyte imbalance,dehydration. You must have an echocardiography,Stress TMT and angiography under care of an cardiologist for complete evaluation of heart and by a pulmonologist for lungs.Treatment by cardiologist and supervision is must after correlating EKG findings
