Could Lower Back Pain After Intercourse, Cloudy Urine And Nausea Indicate Something Serious If Already A Diabetic?
I am wondering how to tell if a urinary tract infection could be something more serious, pain in my lower back is becoming bad and symptoms of infection only seem to happen after sexual intercourse. I am nauseous after meals and extremely bloated. There is pain when I feel pressure of a bm and I have cloudy urine. My GP has told me I'm simply more prone to urinary tract infections because I'm an insulin dependent diabetic, I believe there is something more serious going on than a simple bladder infection because this has been ongoing now for about a month.
Hello, In the current scenario, you should clarify the issue with a nephrologist by having a thorough evaluation and investigation. If the complaint seems to be related to sexual intercourse, then it is pressure related. You would need a gynecological examination to see if you have any prolapse of the uterus or the vaginal walls leading to the symptoms you are experiencing. Your sugar levels also need to be monitored regularly. Please take small frequent meals to avoid indigestion and bloating. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
