Could Nausea, Leg Cramps, Headache Be Mild Dehydration Or Heat Exhaustion?
I have nausea, leg cramps and a headache (kinda feels like my brain is swollen inside my head, if that makes sense).. was outdoors with not a lot to drink, and it was relatively warm out as well. Could this be mild dehydration and/or heat exhaustion?
1. Drink plenty of fluid (avoid caffeine and alcohol). 2. Remove any tight or unnecessary clothing. 3. Take a cool shower, bath, or sponge bath. 4. Apply other cooling measures such as fans or ice towels.
In case you donot get better in 2-3 hrs meet your family physician
