Could Pain In Upper Chest While Breathing Due To Seperated Shoulder And Burned Disc Of X Rays?

I seperated my shoulder recently. I went to the ER and they gave me a burned disc of my x-rays, but i also moved and the doctors here dont accept my insurance. It is gradually getting worse. It hurts in my upper chest to breath. Could this be a side effect of that? Should i be worried?
