Could Palpitations And Heaviness In Chest Be Related To Digestive Issues?
For approx. one month I have had upset stomach off/on; heart beat faster on occasion; heavy feeling on chest and body feels cold most of the time, especially cold hands and feet. Could this be a thyroid problem - runs in my family; mother, sister, niece and aunts.

Yes chest pain and palpitations may be related to gastric problems especially if cardiac exams are normal.
The stomach is near the heart and diafragma and any tension in abdomen will be felt as chest discomfort or palpitation.
