Could Reduced Appetite And Dizziness Be Related To Blood Sugar Levels?
I m having several issues going on at once....Nightsweats, low appetite( feels like stomach is numb), slight dizziness, 2 redspots on penis recur in same area for over a year..1 redspot on corona always has burning sensation.....can these symptoms be attributed to blood sugar?
Hello there, It would have helped me to know the medicines you are on for you diabetes. Nightsweats and low appetite being together is unlikely to be due to sugars. It may happen that diabetic medicines when lower your sugars you may get sweats but at that time you will usually feel hungry. But it is possible with certain type of diabetic medicines and not due to high sugars per-se. For your spots on the penis you need to see a dermatologist and venereal disease specialist who can examine and guide you through treatment. DO not ignore the condition as it maybe quite easily treatable. For your nightsweats try to check your sugars when you feel the symptoms. If it is lower than 70 it could be due to low sugars. However if sugars are normal then this reduced appetite and sweats need further evaluation like Blood counts, X ray chest, etc. Hope this helps. Take care.
