Could Sickness In Stomach After Fall And Hit On Head Suggest Possible Concussion In A Child?

My 6 year old grandaughter hit her head when she fell on her bike. We put ice on it for about 15 minutes. She was fine and went out to play again. A little while later she came back in and is sick to her stomach. I know it is a possible concussion - should we let her sleep?

she was not fainting, she just have thrilled, thats why give to her light food, like milk or soup and put for rest
