Could Stomach Pain At The Bottom, Bleeding After Sex And Dizzy Spells While Being On Mirena Coil Indicate Ectopic Pregnancy?

hi, i have the mirena coil fitted and over the last
few days iv been having stomach pain
more at the bottom of my stomach i did bleed for
afew days and bled alot after sex the other
night, since yestergay iv been having dizzy
spells should i be concerned about an ectopic
pregnancy?

Hello,

Firstly do urine pregnancy test URGENTLY to exclude the possibility of ectopic pregnancy.
If negative,then just observe. After putting Mirena, some bleeing is common in first 6 month. If the bleeding is disturbing, you can take Oral contraceptive pills together for 6 months. Some pain is also common in the initial period.
However, if this condition persists, you must do USG to find out the cause of such pain and bleeding.
