Could Stomach Virus Reason Behind Nausea, Vomiting And Constipation?
Hi I have been feeling very nauseas and sick since Tuesday, it is now Friday - assuming it was a stomach virus, no vomiting as of yet but feel constipated. However when I do go to the bathroom it is quite runny almost diahorria like. The past three days I have been having gas bubbles in my upper and lower abdomen and makes me feel quite nauseas. When will this bug pass & should I be going to the doctor?

I really appreciate your concern, of course the viral infection of the intestine and stomach can cause bad diarrhea and nausea vomiting but this is self limiting only dehydration is matter if the vomiting is severe then this can be treated with parenteral therapy but no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
