Could Stopping Aspirin Cause Cold And Throat Pain During Pregnancy?

I am 33 weeks pregnant.My Uterine artery doppler was screened positive and so i was put on aspirin..now i have stopped taking it as it is unsafe during last 2 months of pregnancy..but i caught bad cold and throat pain.can stopping aspiring be the reason for the cold?

hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern esepcially while you are pregnant. There is no need to worry, because your cold and cough are not connected with stopped taking of aspirin.
My suggestion is to drink a lot of fluids 1.5-2 L per day, eat fruit and vegetables and if you notice any kind of high fever, or stomach ache or hart abdomen on touch than visit your gynecologist as soon a s you can.
