Could The HBV Virus Be Treated Completely?

Hi,My name is Joy (Mr.)age: 30. Pls allow me to know that I will be well from HBV !!My Test : HBV DNA 60837 copies/ML, S.ALT(SGPT) 20.0 U/L, HBsAg-6976.0/cutoff(Reactive),HBeAg-0.078 cutoff(non-reactive), Anti-HBe-0.008 cutoff(Reactive),AFP-3.85 ng/ml, Liver stiffness(KPa)-6.3, and 3d/4d Ul test for liver ,it is normal size . Now I am taking Tab.Sebivo(telbivudine) .Pls advice Virus will delete from body/Blood !!!thanks ...Joy(Mr.)

Hi thanks for asking question.
According to report you are suffering from Hepatitis B virus infection.
Now depending on your immunity, you can get convert into chronic infection.
So just now with the drug you have to maintain your immunity well.
Mostly among acutely infected cases, approx.5 % can get chronic hepatitis B ag for life long.
Take antioxident tablets or its containing fruit.
Limit fatty food in your diet.
Interferone treatment is also helpful in hepatitis cases.
After 3 to 6 month you have to repeat the test for HBSag.If it is positive after 06 month then you can be chronic carrier for hepatitis B virus.
