General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pregnancy is confirmed as the pregnancy test is positive and blood HCG is high.
Following are the cause of bleeding in early week of pregnancy:
sub-chorionic bleed: Fresh bleeding in an early pregnancy usually indicate sub-chorionic bleed. It is good sign if it is not associated with the pain.
It will disappear itself.
Miscarriage: may be associated with the pain.
I advise you to go for USG scan and serial blood HCG test.
If Blood HCG is not doubled in 48 hours indicate the miscarriage.

It may be due to low progesterone and low HCG level.
Doctor will provide progesterone pill and HCG injection to maintain the pregnancy after USG scan and blood HCG report.
Avoid stress and take complete rest.
Take healthy diet with folic acid supplements,
Do relaxation exercise.
Hope this may help you
