Could The Red Blood Cells In The Urine Is A Part Of Hashimoto Or Celiac?

I have 2 grand daughters diagnosed with celiac through biopsy. The 8 yr old has now been trested for hypothyroid, she had a low normal T4 and an elevated TSH. Her anti thyroperoxidase was highly elevated, 3,300. She has ben diagnosed with Hashimoto which runs in the family on both sides. She has had red blood cells in her urine without a UTI for the last couple months. I have researched on the web to see if that might be related to the Hashimoto but have not seen that as a possible symptom. Are there more systems becoming inflamed with these 2 auto immune diseases or can this be a part of the Hashimoto/Celiac? Thoughts?

this looks more of a multisysytem involvement rather than two seperate entitites..the kidney involvement could be a part of the hashimoto and celiac involvement, she has to be thoroughly investigated for other system involvement by a endocrinologist and geneticist..
