Could The Symptoms Of Palpitations, Light Headedness Be A Sign Of Mitral Regurgitation Having A Family History Of COPD And Heart Failure?
Just had a treadmill stress test. On monitor there were 2 colors, red and blue. Family history: V Tech, COPD, and Heart Failure. There was a good amount of red, however it appeared that there is at least 75% of blue shown through out my heart. Symptoms: Palpitations, some times slow or very fast "Hard/intense beat, and light headed. Could this be a sign of mitral regurgitation?
Hi, I have read your query and according to my opinion TMT is not a test for mitral regurgitation, this is for checking capability of heart with exercise. For diagnosis of M.R. you should get echocardiography.
