Could Vascular Malformation Spreading To Para Spinal Area Be Related To Cancer?

Hi, I had a CT scan for unrelated pain and this was incidently picked up. Was wondering if this sounds like an AVM to you and what confuses me the most is the it says its going into the paraspinal area as well. does that mean the AVM is also spinal?? Also if its not an AVM doesthis sound like a possible cancer? I know you cant say 100% anything since you havent seen the images but any ideas would be greatly apprecaited. Thank you. Here is what the NON CONTRAST CT report states.. "Serpiginous nodular density in the right lower lobe anteromedially
extending into the paraspinal area probably represents a small unusual
vascular malformation."

I then went on and had a CT with contrast and it stated this...
"Tubular enhancing structure in a right lower lobe medially probably
reflects a vascular malformation."

My concerns are that the non contrast report saying it goes into the paraspinal area. and my second concern is if it could possibly be something worse, like cancer.

Any input appreciated! Thank you so much!
