Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that your husband is suffering from Vascular Malformation known as Hemangioma that occurs due to abnormal collection of blood vessels..
It is a non cancerous growth but as it is vascular in nature it can bless on stimulation..
The treatment of Hemangioma is done commonly with Sclerosing agents as they help in regression or shrinkage of hemangioma..
Steroid injection can also help..
A topical application of Becaplermin gel can help in regression..
In case if still there is no improvement then a surgeon can remove it either with Lazer treatment..
Surgical removal is the ultimate and final treatment when other treatments does not work..
As the hemangioma is inside mouth you can consult an Oral Surgeon and get treated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
