Cramps In Calf Muscles, Dizziness, Numbness, Tingling Of Hands, Feet, Shaky Hands, Shaky Vision. Reason?

I get frequent cramps in the outsides of my calves which are starting to give me panic attacks I also was told I possibly have vertigo BC of my dizzy spells, almost blackouts, numb tingly hands and feet . I usually get dizzy to the point of almost blacking out when I do cardio or raise my head too fast. Other things are constant shaky hands, and now I m experiencing shaky vision .
