Your further treatment depends of the contribution of chronic sinusitis symptoms by the deviated nasal septum and the retention cyst in the right maxillary sinus, either singly or together.
For the sinus retention cyst, there is a procedure known as FESS (Functional endoscopic sinus surgery) and this can help relieve symptoms. As for the deviation of nasal septum, it may be corrected by surgery keeping in mind the degree of deviation.
The sinus surgery can be done first, to see for improvement in symptoms and then the correction of deviated nasal septum can be evaluated.
Hope this helps.
