Cut In Between Cheeks Of Buttocks, Antifungal Creams, Hemroids

hello. my husband is 39. is a personal trainer and works out a lot. he has a minor cut inbetween the cheeks of his buttocks . the cut is an open cut and has been there for about a month now. we brought antifungal creams but the cut is still there. any suggestions on how to help it heal? its in such a place where the skin is not able to get air so i figure it will take a little longer to heal but a month is way too long. he has abdominal issues at time and is know to have hemroids. he had a hemroid operation about 9 months ago. we dont know if that plays a part in the open cut.

he is having may be a chronic fissure in ano or fistula tract. get him examined by a colorectal surgeon. the problem will be solved rather than applying antifungals.
