Hi, you had nearly full thickness corneal injury, perforation has not occured as you say that pupil is spared. In this situation Your lens and posterior segment should be normal, this could be confirmed by getting Ultrasound of the eye, however if your eye is quiet i.e. ulcer has healed then your vision can be imroved by contact lenses instead of glasses.Ideal treatment for this is Kertoplasty(Replacing the diseased cornea by donated normal cornea).
