Cyst On Both Ovaries, Missing Periods. Can This Be Cured Naturally?

Hi doctor i m suffring from cist in my both overies and my overies sizes are as follows.
Right ovary measures 29*24*34 mm; 12.4cc
Left ovary measures 26*25*27 mm: 9.6cc
This time i have missed my two months periods, my last period date is16th of july, i want to know that it can be cure naturally or i should take medicinal help

If there are no symptoms related to the cysts then you can consider leaving them because they may resolve on their own. Many ovarian cysts resolve with no intervention

If you are experiencing symptoms such as pain, pressure to urinate or stool or bleeding then your doctors would then consider surgical options.
