Cysts Formation On Face, Lipoma, Fibroma. Surgery Suggested, Worried About Scars. Treatment?
i have 4 cyst formation on my face. 1. Right side of lipoma with some reddish lobe on it. Two on Edge of right eyebrow, And 4th under left eyebrow. Few doctors have diagnosed as fibroma , and some as lipoma. they have suggested for surgery, and i dont wish having scars. if there is a possibility, what do u suggest me?? please
** 1. fibroma or lipoma: condition is benign i.e.non- cancerous and requires surgical excision for cosmetic reasons only. 2. Biopsy is required to have histopathological diagnosis. 3. newer techniques allow surgeon to use "surgeon sutures" which leaves no marks on face after surgery, as sutures are internal stitches and external stitches are not used.
PS:Risks include nerve injury, infection, bleeding, and stiffness, consult with these possibilities with your Doctor.
