dear dr I'm a 26 years old girl. I have been suffering from mucular amyloidosis for the past 10 years. i have started treating the black parts of my back and arms and neck for 2 years. almost 50% of my darkness have been treated. but they are still visible and disturb me. i m using exfoliac, depi white, ericke lotions. i drink 8 glasses of water each day. i drink whey before breakfast. i eat Tomatoes and red Fruit for Brightening my skin. IS there any food and juice diet to completely disappear this black spot of my skin? Truly Yours. Pariya

macular amyloidosis is a slightly resistant disease to treatment. you need to avoid trigerring factors like using scruber or loofa for bath and avoid friction in that area. drinking good amount of water is good for overall health. you may add carrot or viatmin A and other antxidant rich foods to your diet. do use sunscreen during day along with your other skin lighetening creams. if it is not improving with only creams you can go for advanced pigmentation treatments like chemical peels.
