Delayed Periods, Fatigue, Frequent Urination, Weight Gain, Increased Appetite. Pregnancy Symptoms?

I am six days late and have had regular periods. I have had some ferility treatments over a few months ago but nothing as of recently. I have no real symptoms of pregnanct except for fatigue , frequent urination , weight gain , and appetite increase. Should I contact my doctor or does this sound like something other than pregnancy?
