i took ortho tri cyclen birthcontrol for about 5 years i stopped taking them january of 2013 i had a normal cycle in jan a crazy one in feb a normal one in march and then i was 7 weeks late...i got my cycle on may 31 and it lasted the normal 5 days my husband and i had sex on my 2 most fertile days(june 13&14) now today was my expected day to start and i haven't...what do you think? i had minor cramps on my lower left side of my abdomen where i believe my ovary is located a few differnet times the beginning of the week...
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The delayed periods with minor cramps that you have could be due to pregnancy or a post pill amenorrhea.
