Delayed Speech And Movement After Passing Out. Is This Serious Neurological Problem?

hello im looking to find a nero doctor for my dad who is currently in rehab. He passed out on Nov.5 and was found the next day problem is he has been delayed ever since need to know what to do next because the doctors says he didn t have a stroke but he seems delayed with his speech and movements

It is unfortunate that your father has a neurological problem, without clear cut diagnosis and he is not getting better.

An MRI scan of brain would confirm whether or not he had a stroke.

Other possibilities to be considered are lack of oxygen supply to brain, effect of electrolyte imbalance, or drugs or toxins on the brain.
