Dent In Thigh Of A 3 Weeks Baby Which Looks Like A Vein

my son is 3 weeks old and his birthmark is on his right thigh but he also has a line that runs down his thigh and it looks like a vein but when I touch it, it s a dent.i was wondering what could this be?
