Hello, It is not possible for any online doctors to treat your blood pressure and diabetes. There are plenty of good antihypertensive medicines available which can be judiciously used to control the blood pressure and similarly the dose of insulin has to be adjusted properly by your doctor to bring sugar levels in control. It would be best if your grandfather is managed jointly by a cardiologist and a diabetologist. Thanks
