Diabetic Following A Healthy Life Style. What Else Can I Do For Maintaining My Sugar Level?

i am a diabetic patient from long back - from2007
I am using insulin pentype - 40 count for each time - morning and evening -total twotimes before meals
And
takins Spouts for morining at 8.30 am and sugarless coffe at 11.am and 1.30 -three pulks with general curry(with out effected diabetic) and at night two cups of Wheat Ravva after cooking as meal with curry and Curd
Today I am taking blood test
morning at 6.30 am-110, after taking spouts at 8.30am - 133
and kidney test s.Preatinine -1.4
Morning walking I am doing, Night 10.30 PM i am go to bed

what is the step taken by me for good health

in my opinon it is okay
you need to keep sugar under control by insulin as this is safe as the harmone of pancreas is directly injected in body
you should have more fluids
low protein diet high fiber diet and vegetable and leafy vegetables to keep you fit
