Diagnosed Tumor In Spleen. Has Swollen Lymph Nodes In Abdominal Area, Nauseous, No Appetite. Done Chest CT Scan

If it doesn't cost money to ask you a question, I would like your opinion. My husband has been diagnosed with a 21mm tumor in his spleen. His ferritin is 695. He has numerous swollen lymph nodes in his abdomenal area. His oncologist has ordered a chest CT scan which was done last Thursday. My husband can't eat food and has started choking when he tries to drink water. He can eat a little food but has zero appetite and always nauseous. How long do you think he has? My email is YYYY@YYYY .

Hi
You havent mentioned your husband chest ct reports. I think there may be metastasis in chest region which may prss tge trachea or oesophagus hindering his food intake. If it has not spread than splenectomy may be done.
Consult gestro onco surgeon for better results.
Get well soon.
Thank you
