My Dr told me that I have three cyct in my ovaries that filled with blood which are grape size. I also had mirena coil fitted 6 years ago which they couldn't get it out digged in to the muscle surrounded with fibroids. I am having a lot of back pain between my shoulder to all the way down, my back my lower abdomen my sides under my ribs. My skin hurts if bruised, I feel dizzy, loosing my concentration I started heavy bleeding with my period. I lost appetite and lost weight and constantly feeling sick and cold. I just throwed up and now can't swallow my uvula so big it's making difficult to swallow. What should I do?
Dienogest is a good medicine for "endometriosis" However, like all medicines, it has some side effects. It seems you cannot tolerate that. Therefore, please do another ultrasound now to see the condition of the cysts. If no treatment is needed, you can stop it. If treatment is needed, you need to switch to other medicines (tablets' injections) used in endometriosis.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
