Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir/madam

You will recover from Bells Palsy slowly, but you will have exposure keratitis which is very common. You might have repeated infection as a result of it.
You might have watery eyes and headaches but it will be invariably present till you recover from it.
Put antibiotic cover which should be broad spectrum such as ciprofloxacin
Try to close the lid artificially with the help of plaster. You need to put artificial tears to avoid exposure.

Thanks

Dear sir,

This is normal with bells palsy and I think these features will subside with time . But you can follow up with your treating doctor.
