Over the past two years I have been dealing with what I'll call "I am not seeing well " I've been to the eye dr.who states that I'm suffering with dry eyes. I'm also be treated for possible glaucoma . I concern is I feel I. Am not seeing as well as I should and I'm starting to have achy ness behind my eyes with achy headaches as well. There is also something going on with my sinus..I think. First thing in the morning my nose runs as well as night time.
Like so many people I fear a brain tumor

Hello,
You need to get done ENT consultation and get nasal examination and eye movements and vision check up
You also need to get done---
Blood sugar testing --there can be infection which is spreading from the sinuses and your sugars need to be checked as high blood sugar may cause more damage and spread of infection
CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to see for the condition of sinuses .from where the infection would be spreading to the eyes.
It will cover the orbits also and if any mass present will be visualized in that.
Get all this done after consultation only.
