Diagnosed With Parasitic Infection. Weightloss, Fatigue, Sleep Depression. Suggested Liver Ultrasound To Rule Out Liver Abscess. Explain
hi I have several questions regarding a parasitic infection I was just diagnosed with. Entamoeba was found in my stool sample a few days ago, and the doctor asked me immediately to take a liver ultrasound to make sure I dont have a liver abscess. What are my chances of having one, and is it lethal. Some symptoms I have include weight loss (which occured almost a year ago), minor indigestion problems, fatigue and slight depression. Also, should I be worried about a brain abscess?

entamoeba are more prone to develop extra intentinal manifestation like liver absess and brain abseess take tablet maternidazole once the worm killed symptom will be getting subside
