Diagnosed With Tachycardia Arythmia And Leaky Valves. Concern Over?

I was diagnosed 5 years ago with tachycardia arythmia and told I had mild case of leaky valves....the past two weeks I have had episodes of extreme heart palpitations along with shortness of breath lasting 5-10 minutes then I feel exhausted afterwards.... Is this something I should be concerned with or that my early diagnosis is getting worse?

Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

Yes these symptoms are of concern especially for your case. I recommend you consult your doctor as you may need to do a new Echocardiography and ECG.

Regards
Dr Ahmad
