Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Cramps After Food Poisoning. Ibuprofen, Tylenol Not Helping. Meet Doctor?

I have had food poisoning since Friday night and my cramps feel like razor blades in my Stomach. Ibuprofen/ Tylenol don't seem to be working to dismiss this pain. Is their something else I should get or maybe see a Dr.? Diarreah, vomiting, and Stomach cramps since Friday night. Please advise. Thank you for your time.

Hi, this suggests gastro enteritis. Ibuprofen or tylenol wont help here. You need to take anti spasmodic drug(like hyoscine), anti secretary(like racecodotril), anti emetic (domperidone/metoclopramide) and also may require antibiotics. Your hydration should be well maintained. So I advice you to consult your doctor for general physical examination and then to decide the line of management.

Hi, George collins, Pleased to find here, When ever you feel a discomfort of health for quite some time you should seek advise.
Food poisoning is a condition, where the intestines are infected, by some bacteria from an external source, the infection should be cured, to get relief from the symptoms.
