Did Eye Checkup And Was Sent For Glaucoma Test. No Visual Loss Or Raised Pressure. Do I Go For Further Tests?

I did the regular eye checkup and i was sent to further investigation as a glaucoma suspect. Did the testing and they didn't find raised pressure, however the cup to disc ratio was abnormal. No visual loss. Am i still being considered a suspect? And only by comparing future tests the diagnostic will be confirmed? Also no treatment was given. I am 45, female, caucasian.

Hello, I have gone through your query and understood your concern. In my opinion, Glaucoma does not always present with increased intra ocular pressure. If you don't have symptoms of decreased night vision or blurred vision, you can take tests in the future, but early diagnosis is good for better treatment. Hope it helped. Thank you.
