Difficulty In Sleeping, Little Feel Of Ovaries. History Of Gluten Free Diet A Month Back. Any Ideas?

I am a women and 45 year old. For the last week i have sleepingproblems that keep me awake most nights For the last 8 days i had 2 nights of good sleep and the rest of the nights i just slept inbetween 3 and 5 hours. I dont have any other issues with my health exept a problem with gluten! Iwent on a glutenfree diet about one month ago.
I also feel my ovaries a little more than usualy.They dont hurt but i can feel them. Any Ideas?

I understand your concern
You need a detailed evaluation to understand the cause of the sleep problem. This can be due to stress, tension, anxiety and other coexistent medical problems. Before you start medications for these issues, I feel that you need a detailed examination to establish the diagnosis.
In the mean time adequate sleep hygiene is required i.e. go to bed when you feel sleepy, go to bed at a particular time of the night, avoid coffee at night, use the bed room only for sleep. If these fail medications like Zolpidem will help
