- Diffuse annular disc bulge at L4-5 level indenting upon the ventral aspect of the thecal sac obliterating the anterior fat as well as slight encroaching upon exiting canals. -grade 2 fatty end plate signal intensity. Loss of normal height & high signal intensity of L3-4 & L4-5 discs. early facet joints arthropathy Normal bone marrow signal intensity of examined vertebral bodies with no collapse or sublaxation . -no inflammatory or destructive bony lesion . What I shall do?
