Discharge Of White Puss And Bleeding From The Cyst On Leg With Strong Smell Of Iron. Serious?
I am a 30 year old female, and lately I have been having problems with what I believe is cystic acne. I have read about this condition and my symptoms coincide with this disorder. I recently scratched a cyst on my leg open by accident. A hard mass is white puss bigger than a pea popped out. It bled profusely and left a big hole. There was a very, very strong smell of iron I have never noticed before. Is the strong iron smell an indicator that I may have a more serious condition?
Hello, Thanks for the query. according to me, you are suffering from sebaceous cyst. It manifest as small to large cysts which exude lot of debris. Surgical treatment under the cover of antibiotics is good for you.
