Discharge, Rectal Bleeding, Pelvic Pain After Polyp Removal. Worried

I have had a colonoscopy in the last three months and am scheduled to return in the next few days.. Since removing polyps, I have had a bout of discharge followed by rectal bleeding and burning left pelvic pain . They said the procedure would not hurt yet I woke with painful discomfort during procedure that was a result of air. I m lethargic and only thing good to come out of it is deep sleeps.. Is this something to worry about and what questions should I ask?
