Discolored Vaginal Discharge After The Use Of Depo Shot In The Past. Should I Be Worried?

Hi, my name is Jessica and i havent had a menstral cycle in over a year due to the depo shot. i have decided about 6 months ago to come off the shot and i havent had any source of birth control . bout 2 weeks ago i noticed this thick slimy brown discharge that lasted a fews day. This past Friday (4 days ago) i started bleeding and tonight i noticed an orange color. should i be concerned?
