Displaced Muscle On The Knee After A Fall. Can I Put Back Myself?

Hello , I've been at a party dancing and jumping all the time , when at one jump that was suppose to land on my left foot, i landed fell right after and now my knee hurts bad and its hard to do anything that involves bending it or stretching the muscle , the thighs upper muscle , its like my knee got hurt that i wasnt able to land on my foot i just collapsed , and looking at my two knees, the right one ( the good one ) is like inside with muscles holding it , at lesat thats how i feel , and the left one it looks off, and if i try to pull it in with my thighs muscle it hurts bad and i cant do it even thogh it is supposed to be in,
can i pop it in alone, or this will need a special treatment ?
p.s : I'm a studen't with a minimal free time, health comes first of course but needing to see doctors for a while will do me bad unfortunately , so what are my options ? ( i study quite far from my medical center )
thanks in advance,
regards

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query
Your symptoms suggestive of muscular strain . Avoid dancing and jumping for some time. Give rest to your knees. You can take antiinflammatory drug like ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation. Doing hot fomatation and applying muscle relaxant gel will help . Get it evaluated if symptoms persists.
Hope this will helps you.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There is no alternative to seeing a doctor
See an orthopaedician
Have an X-ray to exclude fracture.

Rest to the part (Splinting if necessary & avoiding weight bearing) is important
Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs like ibuprofen reduce pain & inflammation
Cold compress in first days / later warm compress - help

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
