Dizziness, Neck Pain On Bending Head. Taking Nucoxia, Mecobal. Cure?

i have pain while looking down in my shoulders and neck . i feel dizzy when the pain increases. its been three months. i have already consulted to a doctor. i am doing neck exercises regularly. And i am also going through physiotherapy procedure. i am also taking two medicines- nucoxia 90 and mecobal od 1500 mg. and still there is no improvement. can you please help me ?

i doubt you have Disc prolapse. consult a local Physio consultant.
