I was told on Friday by my doctor that I had a UTI even though it doesn t sting or hurt when I go to the toilet. My symptoms have been pain in the lower back and sides, dizziness, severe headache, rashes, sweats and chills, sickness, nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhoea, leg pain and frequent urination. By Tuesday I had finished the course of antibiotics I had been given and I was even more sick. I went to the NHS walk-in centre where the nurse said she suspected that the infection had travelled to my kidneys. I have been on new antibiotics for three days. However, many of my symptoms still remain. My kidney pain and headache have worsened. Should I go back to the doctors? Thank you
