Dizzy Feeling, Hard To Breathe, Indigestion, Low Pressure?

Iam 25 yrs old. iam having dizziness and feel hard to breathe and sometimes indigestion also . iam experiencing this for last one week. what might be the reason for this. are these related to Low pressure?

kindly let me know your age and your habits. This could just be related to your lifestyle. Anyways you need to get your blood sugar and blood pressure checked. Please do get an ultrasound abdomen also done.
