Dizzy, Nausea, Muscle Pain, Headache, Burning Armpits Symptoms For Over Two Months.Taken Nexium, Allegra, Bactrim. No Relief. Suggestions?
My husband has had these symptoms for over two months. Upper right stomach pain /mild. Sometimes on the left. Dizziness with nausea, muscle aches and dull pinching/pulling sensations in his neck and inner upper thighs. He says his head feels clogged and dried up, headaches that range in where it originates , sore throat, burning tongue, burning ears and ear aches. Burning armpits. He has took nexium, afrin, allegra, zyrtec, and bactrim and it hasn't helped. What would you suggest his next step be and what might it be?

Your husband having pain in stomach, nausea, dizziness &still using bactrim ( sulphamethoxasone+trimethoprim) , itself causes hyper acidity like symptoms.
Since , you have not mentioned the age of patient which is very important ?
Sometimes high blood pressure develops such type of nausea, dizziness, pain in stomach.
Sore throat may be due to infection or allergy ( super added infection).
In my opinion this history is very ambiguous and it is not possible to reach any conclusion.
In my opinion consult an E N T/Physician and get their opinion with tests and deal accordingly.
