Dizzy Spells, Plugged Ears, Pressure In Head. Blood Work Normla, Had Gastric Bypass. Causes ?
Having a lot of dizzy spells and one instance i passed out unconscious for about 30 seconds . I had gastric bypass done a year ago. All my blood work has come up normal. Ive also noticed my ears are plugged a lot but dr has looked at my ears and they look fine. I feel tight pressure in my head and also a fuzzy nervous feeling in my chest

dizziness can occur with problems in the inner ear.
but inner ear problems will never cause loss of consciousness.
you should consult a physician for your problems.
It could be impending stroke.
