Dizzy With Salty Taste In Mouth, Draining In One Ear And Headache. Solution?

I have been dizzy, with a salty taste in my mouth, draining in one ear and after that the the dizzness went away, but will come back. I sometimes have a mild head pain before I get dizzy. This also has messed with my eyes and when I am coming out of the dizzy spell I can not talk very well. I do have RSD and do fall alot and have hit my head many times and do have allergies.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The body's balancing mechanism is in the inner ear. An ENT (Ear Nose Throat) specialist is the one to follow up – especially so with a past history of ear problem. They have special tests to confirm or exclude the contribution of the ear - which probably is the case with you.

You also need to be followed up by a neurologist – because of falls, RSD... / MRI may be needed. MRA (MRI angiography) shows blood vessels and is generally done at the same sitting.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
